California Ports Approve Clean Air Action Plan (CAAP) Update

The Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach unanimously approved the 2017 Clean Air Action Plan (CAAP) Update which “provides high-level guidance for accelerating progress toward a zero-emission future”.  Particularly relevant to Orange EV: Beginning in 2020, terminal operators must purchase the cleanest equipment available when procuring new cargo-handling equipment (zero emission, if feasible).
