California Ports Approve Clean Air Action Plan (CAAP) Update
The Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach unanimously approved the 2017 Clean Air Action Plan (CAAP) Update which “provides high-level guidance for accelerating progress toward a zero-emission future”.
