California Tax Update 11/1/2017
Effective November 1, 2017, California increased both the Excise Tax and the Sales and Use Tax on diesel fuel. The Excise Tax is now 36 cents/gallon, up from 16 cents/gallon. The Sales and Use Tax is 13%, up from 9%.
