Several units have surpassed 30,000 hours of operation and remain in service, with some approaching a decade of use while still running on their original LFP battery packs. The company noted that in over 10 million hours of operation, no Orange EV battery has experienced a thermal event. The company’s best-selling e-TRIEVER model is backed by an available 7.5-year warranty on its batteries, traction motor, and other key EV components, instilling a high level of confidence in fleet operators.
